Spa Covers

Although spa covers are not mandatory, they are helpful with upkeep and maintenance of the hot tub. If the spa owner covers the spa at night, debris will be prevented from falling into the pool. This reduces cleaning out large objects such as leaves and small branches.

Spa covers also help keep the hot tub warm at night. When the temperature drops in the evening a hot tub will usually cool off. However, a spa cover can keep the warm air inside the Jacuzzi.

Owning spa covers decreases the amount of time spa owners need to run their leaders when the spas are not in use. For resorts with multiple spas this can result in significant savings. Homeowners with a spa who do not use the hot tub during the winter should cover the spa when it is not in use.
